The sexy Josh Hartnett just scored a hot job with Armani. He's been named the new face of the fragrance Emporio Armani Diamonds for men. He'll be unveiled as the spokesman during Milan Fashion Week this June.
Designer Giorgio Armani says of Hartnett, "Both on and off screen he has a charm and charisma that is magnetic. His individuality, allure and nonchalant way of being are all qualities which inspired me in the creation of this new fragrance."

The Cannes Film Festival is well under way and the stars are heating up the red carpet. Our favorite girl Eva Longoria looked stunning in her turquoise Versace Haute Couture gown. The dress looked amazing on Eva’s fit body and we give this look an A+.

Listen up all you aspiring directors, Giorgio Armani is inviting young talents to compete to be the next director of Emporio Fragrances TV ad.
The top ten finalists will go before the designer and he will choose the winner to direct his "Get Together" ad campaign.

Ever wonder how Ryan Phillippe got his start? No, it wasn't Cruel Intentions. He got his first role as a gay teenager on the soap opera One Life To Live.
He was also picked for an Armani Jeans commercial back when he was a youngen. Ryan appeared on Jay Leno last night, and Jay was nice enough to dig the racy commercial out from the archives for us.

Milan Fashion Week Into Fabrics?

Milan Fashion week is in full swing and the designers are making their marks with cool fabrics. Designer Cristina Ortiz incorporated a lot of silk for the Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2008 collection. Our favorite items were the long silk gowns such as the purple number featured above.
While SF was displaying silk, Giorgio Armani was playing with Velvet. Most of his collection such as the waistcoats, evening gowns, knee length skirts and even men’s suits featured the fabric.

Alicia Keys Disappoints On The Red Carpet

Alicia Keys really disappointed me on the red carpet this year. The R & B Vocal Performance winner was wearing a Giorgio Armani Prive satin gown. Her gown was not all that bad but it might have been a bit too dark for her skin tone.
Her hair was just HORRIBLE. Maybe, if her hair was different the dress wouldn't look so bad.
