We’ve been seeing ruffles on the catwalks of Milan, Paris, New York, London and now it’s hitting the streets of Los Angeles. This past weekend Lindsay Lohan hit the 3rd Annual Los Angeles Italia Film, Fashion and Art festival sporting one of the biggest trends for Fall 08.
