Kate Moss is showing her charitable side by adding a special t-shirt to her Topshop collection. The shirt is designed by Kate, and sales benefit the Starlight Children's Foundation, which helps sick children and their families.  Kate and Topshop are trying to raise $75,000 so they can grant one wish a week to a terminally ill child.  The shirt will be released in stores on Friday.

Moss line definitely has one of the nicest clothes from the rest of the "celebrity" designers out there.
